EQUIPMENT HIRE
If you don't have your own diving equipment or if it is incomplete, you can rent all or some of it from us. We always have a sufficient number of sets of diving equipment or just certain items such as regulators, buoyancy compensators, underwater computers, tanks (15l), weights, diving suits, etc.
Quality of equipment
All equipment is of high quality and regularly serviced. Rental is available for members as well as non-members.
Terms and conditions of rental
Diving equipment is only loaned to divers with a valid diving card.
The user of the borrowed equipment may pick it up at the latest one day before the scheduled dive and is obliged to return it to the diving association, washed and in good condition, at the end of the dive. In case of negligent handling of the equipment (defect), the user of the borrowed equipment shall bear the repair costs. In the case of a borrowed air-filled tank, it shall also be returned filled with air.
Borrower's liability
The renter of the diving equipment is responsible for any loss or damage to the diving equipment during the rental period.
In the event of loss/non-return of one or more borrowed diving accessories, the full amount of the purchase cost of each diving accessory must be paid. The borrower of the diving equipment undertakes to use the borrowed items with care and appropriately.
FEEL DEEP Diving Association accepts no liability for injury to persons, animals or damage to the property of the borrower as a result of the borrowing and use of FEEL DEEP diving equipment. The diving equipment shall be handed over to the borrower in perfect condition and the borrower shall check this when collecting the borrowed diving equipment. The borrowed diving equipment shall be used at the borrower's own risk.
Non-member loans
* Non-members of FEEL DEEP can borrow equipment when participating together with FEEL DEEP members in FEEL DEEP organised diving experiences or, by arrangement, in non-organised events outside FEEL DEEP.
Refunds and delays
Borrowed diving equipment must be returned in a clean and dry condition. (!)
In case of return of dirty, wet or damaged borrowed diving equipment, the full cost of cleaning, drying or replacement must be paid. If the rental equipment is returned after the agreed rental date, the daily rental price will be charged for each day of delay.
Restrictions on use
Borrowed diving equipment may not be lent or passed on to third parties for use or to be used without the consent of FEEL DEEP. Commercial use of borrowed diving equipment is also only permitted with the written consent of FEEL DEEP.
